Generating Optimal Results in a Cluttered Recruitment Market

Date:

iCIMS, a leader talent acquisition technology provider that enables organizations everywhere to build winning workforces, has officially announced the launch of a new GenAI-powered recruiting assistant, which is designed to ensure improved decision-making and efficiency in regards to recruitment. Talk about the same on a slightly deeper level, the stated recruiting assistant begins by helping hiring managers create a slate of interview questions uniquely tailored to the given role, and they can do it all in no more than a few seconds. Further enabling them to optimize job descriptions in real-time, the solution basically makes it possible to reduce costs, supercharge productivity, and accelerate hiring velocity at scale. Having touched on its pledge to deliver value at scale, the assistant can also deliver better talent experiences on a holistic note. You see, the current ecosystem has hundreds of different job sites on the market and each one has its own unique job applications standards. Such a reality means talent acquisition teams often end up facing a lot of struggle when trying to standardize their applicant experience and applicant data collection. iCIMS’ latest brainchild, fortunately enough, addresses that by bringing to the fore an Apply Network Integration, where third-party job sites and other ecosystem partners come together to standardize and streamline the entire application experience. As a result, TA teams that choose to leverage the stated network can now create, manage, and distribute application questions to participating job sites without ever leaving the iCIMS application tracking system. This directly translates to improved efficiency, more consistent recruiting data, and reduced candidate drop-off.

Already available with ZipRecruiter and Jobcase, iCIMS’ Apply Network integration will also become available, during the latter part of 2024, across leading platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, Veritone Hire, and Dalia.

“As a longstanding customer, our talent acquisition team uses iCIMS to engage and hire the talent we need to build strong teams and provide great care,” said Jeff Battinus, head of talent acquisition at Dental Care Alliance. “We’re always looking for new ways to improve the experience and create more efficiency across the talent journey to hire smarter – and iCIMS helps us do just that.”

Finally, we have the prospect of streamlining recruitment operations. Here, the idea is to let TA teams highlight relevant jobs automatically. By doing so, they can catch job seekers’ attention and improve applicant conversion, minimize interview scheduling delays with more control over invites, and take bulk actions effortlessly to improve efficiency, engagement, and conversion for events. Not just that, iCIMS will also deliver new capabilities in its proprietary Video Studio to assist employees and recruitment marketing teams in ramping up the quality of video content, increasing adoption, and extracting more value out of the solution.

“iCIMS Copilot gives talent acquisition teams a competitive hiring advantage and unparalleled productivity across the talent lifecycle,” said Al Smith, chief technology officer at iCIMS. “We’re harnessing the power of generative AI and delivering new capabilities and experiences in our latest product release to help companies transform how they find, hire and mobilize the best talent.”

Operating out of New Jersey, iCIMS has today reached a point where it boasts more than 6,000 customers, along with a grand total of 2.7 million platform users. The company’s excellence in what it does can also be understood once you consider that various heavyweights, including Uber, UPS, Microsoft, IBM, and Petsmart etc, currently trust iCIMS to enhance their recruitment operation.
