Equifax, an Atlanta, Georgia-based company, has officially launched a new cloud solution called PeopleHQTm, which pulls multiple best-in-class employer compliance services to turn them into one integrated experience. According to certain reports, PeopleHQTm delivers at your disposal a significant piece of value by putting forth access to a single login for all available Equifax Workforce Solutions services. Moving on, it further makes your life easier using an advanced self-service functionality, easier integrations with existing workflows, cutting-edge applicant tracking systems (ATS), payroll providers, and dedicated human resources information systems (HRIS). Interestingly enough, PeopleHQ also brings a new hire onboarding interface, alongside a mobile-first seamless design, to ensure a guided onboarding experience. Another feature worth a mention here is the Work Number functionality, which is basically a one-stop-shop for a host of verification services, including enhanced self-service capabilities, integrated support, and on-demand reporting. Hold on, we are still not done, as PeopleHQ even allows you the option to bank upon Knowledge Base articles and Frequently Asked Questions whenever you get stuck at something. All in all, the core ambition of PeopleHQ is built around getting HR professionals to spend more time supporting their employees rather than staying focused on managing the complexities of multiple HR compliance platforms.

For the future, Equifax is already working to add two new features to the PeopleHQ platform. Next up, we have ACA HQTm, which will offer best-in-class Affordable Care Act (ACA) capabilities to let employers meet the needs of their employees, and simultaneously, reduce the risk of penalties.
