Talk about why it was so highly anticipated, the answer resides in the fact that UKG’s Great Place to Work Hub is the first ever solution that transforms HR metrics into opportunities for equity and belonging, while simultaneously creating great leaders. It delivers on its promised value proposition by leveraging the power of a generative AI framework, which has been trained on three decades of Trust Index™ benchmarks, insights, and best practices. Such an extensive informational backing means the brand-new hub should be able to help you access actionable recommendations and improve your workplace in a sustainable manner. According to certain reports, the solution in question is available to all UKG Pro customers; customers who also got a chance to see the new and enhanced UKG Pro suite mobile application. This experience included original Pro functionalities working in tandem with UKG Pro Workforce Management technology to let users have a seamless experience, no matter what HRM service they want to avail at a given time. As important as they sound, though, the two developments we have touched on here aren’t the only ones UKG has launched this year. Instead, the company has essentially doubled its investment in the context of introducing new innovations for the HRM space. To give you a quick lowdown, it recently brought UKG Bryte, an AI-powered assistant for great workplaces which uses GenAI to help guide employees, people managers, and HR leaders, doing so by prioritizing insights that have the most potential when it comes to sustaining a healthy workplace culture. Next up, the company would launch a technology-led, multi-country payroll solution called UKG One View, which boasted a hybrid deployment model that can go live in as little as five weeks. Complimenting the same was how it also allowed businesses to keep their existing global payroll providers. Then, we saw the release of UKG Pro Benefits Hub. This one is all about empowering employees in their journey to understand the full scope of their benefits options.

“When you take the rich Great Place To Work data and intersect it with the UKG Pro HCM suite, magic begins to happen — with next-generation insights that help organizations become a ‘For All’ company,” said Brian K. Reaves, chief belonging, equity, and impact officer at UKG, told more than 5,000 people gathered for UKG Aspire to celebrate the impact of technology on building great workplaces. “Great Place To Work Hub will not only tell you, ‘Here is where you sit today,’ but, more importantly, ‘Here are the small actions you need to do every day to build that great-place-to-work muscle.”

Hold on, we still have a few bits left to unpack. For instance, we still haven’t delved into those low-code/no-code premium connectors and templates for mutual Pro and Microsoft Power Platform customers. The idea behind the stated connectors was to simplify and accelerate the development of custom apps and configurable workflows. UKG’s 2023 plan also had them collaborating with the digital payments giant, PayPal, to help businesses provide more flexibility to employees around payday. This partnership was joined by the one UKG had with Eightfold AI to facilitate AI-powered recruiting at scale.

Among other tools, the HRM giant placed on the table offerings like UKG Strategic Workforce Planning, UKG Talk, and UKG Wallet etc. Owing to what is definitely an immense effort towards improving the industry, UKG was also named a Leader in the the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Cloud HCM Suites for 1,000+ Employee Enterprises report.
