Solidifying the Basis for Flexible HR Operation

Date:

There might be a lot that human beings can do well, but at the same time, there is nothing we do better than growing on a consistent basis. This progressive tendency, on our part, has already got us to hit upon some huge milestones, with technology appearing as a major member of the group. Now, the reason why technology enjoys such an esteemed stature among people is, by and large, based on its skill-set, which ushered us towards a reality that nobody could have ever imagined otherwise. Nevertheless, if we look up close for a second, it will become clear how the whole runner was also very much inspired from the way we applied those skills across a real world environment. The latter component was, in fact, what gave the creation a spectrum-wide presence, and consequentially, kickstarted a tech revolution. Of course, this revolution then went on to scale up the human from every conceivable direction, but even after achieving such a monumental feat, technology will somehow keep on delivering the goods. The same has turned more evident in recent times, and assuming a newly-announced upgrade ends up making the desired impact, it should only be able to make that trend bigger and better moving forward.

GoCo.io, the leading provider of flexible software solutions for HR, benefits, and payroll, has officially launched an upgraded version of its Flexible HR Platform, a version that brings far greater wriggle room and automation to the table. But what all is included in this upgrade? Well, for starters, we have a whole Template Library, which is designed to optimize GoCo’s workflows, performance management, and reports features. To realize a wider set of options, the company will initially introduce 30 unique templates, with plans to add more already in place. Next up, there is a new integration in E-Verify by Tracker I-9. By leveraging the stated integration, users can automate secure transfer of sensitive and confidential I-9 data from GoCo to E-Verify, while also having the capabilities to submit cases in a quick and hassle-free manner. Hold on, there is more, as the new upgrade is even expected to deliver several Learning Management-related features. The idea behind making GoCo open to integrations of popular LMS apps like Lessonly, 360 Learning, and more, is to improve the onboarding procedure. You see, under these LMS features, every new hire will be able to access relevant training material the moment they start onboarding, and that in turn, should save a big chunk of time for both the company and the employee.

“GoCo is proud to be the most flexible HR platform for SMBs, and we’re adding even more flexibility to our solution this winter,” said Michael Gugel, Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at GoCo. “Every new feature and enhancement in our Winter 2023 Release was built to empower HR to make the most out of GoCo’s flexible building blocks.”

Apart from the said features, the development in question further delivers at your disposal some fresh payroll options. This is notably done with help from Paychex, as well as through the new all-in-one embedded payroll option powered by Gusto. Lastly, in case the previous onboarding enhancement didn’t sound like enough, the update also brings you a feature to personalize the process for every single hire. Talk about how a company can achieve that, the component is largely centered on being able to prepare customized messages and onboarding workflows with embedded videos and emojis.
