Leveraging the Lucrative Cloud

Date:

There is literally no end to what all human beings can do, but despite the expansiveness in play, there is little we do better than growing on a consistent basis. This tendency to improve under every possible situation has already fetched us some huge milestones, with technology appearing quite clearly appearing as a major member of the stated group. The main reason why we hold technology in such a high regard is predicated upon its skill-set, which carved out a reality for us that nobody could have ever imagined otherwise. Nevertheless, if we look beyond the surface, it will, in no time, become clear how the whole runner was also very much inspired by the way we applied those skills across a real-world environment. The latter component, in fact, did a lot to spread the creation’s footprint across our entire spectrum, and consequentially, kickstart a tech revolution. This revolution, as we discovered, will go on to scale up the human experience in every conceivable sense, but even after achieving such a monumental feat, technology and its ingenious capabilities will somehow keep on bringing all the right goods to the table. The same has turned more and more evident over the recent past, and truth be told, a new development around the human resources space should only make that trend bigger and better moving forward.

Apprentice Now, the national train-to-hire apprenticeship and talent acquisition service, has officially joined the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Training Partner Program to leverage the latter’s cutting-edge platform for the purpose of training IT professionals, as well, as helping new talents in conceiving a tech career. In case you are not fully aware of it, AWS Training Partner Program is something that gives organizations all the tools they might need to deliver high-quality technical training experiences. But how does the whole thing work from a more actionable standpoint? Well, the initiative basically contains a wide assortment of practical courses, which allow learners to conjure up real-world scenarios in the safety of a sandbox environment. Once they have gained the required knowledge, though, the participants are put through AWS Certification exams that validate their expertise and technical skills with what is perceived as an industry-recognized credential.

To make it easier for its workforce to achieve that validation, Apprentice Now will also offer AWS Certification vouchers bundled alongside the core AWS Training courses.

“Apprentice Now works to bridge the gap between those who need skilled workers, and those who want skilled work,” said Chris Coleman, president of Apprentice Now. “We are proud to be a part of the AWS Training Partner Program. By doing so, we can expand the breadth of opportunities for our learners and employer partners, as we work with a company that is on the leading edge of cloud technology.”

Fair enough, the move comes at a very interesting time, as according to a research done by S&P Global Market Intelligence, 85 percent of organizations report deficits in cloud expertise. Hence, the most feasible way for these organizations to leverage the lucrative cloud technology talks to making a meaningful investment in their workers’ development. Apprentice Now, on its part, has seemingly understood that assignment just in time.
