Letting You Take a Deeper into Your Workforce’s Trajectory

Date:

The human arsenal might be deeper beyond all known limits, but it has still never possessed anything more valuable than that tendency of growing on a consistent basis. We can claim what we did because the stated tendency has empowered us to hit upon some huge milestones, with technology appearing as a rather unique member of the group. The reason why technology’s credentials are so anomalous is centered on its skill-set, which realized all the possibilities for us that we couldn’t have imagined otherwise. Nevertheless, a closer look should be able to reveal how the whole runner was also very much inspired from the way we applied those skills across a real world environment. The latter component actually did a lot to give the creation a spectrum-wide and make it the ultimate centerpiece of every horizon. Now, having such a powerful tool run the show did scale up our experience through some outright unique avenues, but even after reaching so far ahead, this prodigious concept called technology will somehow keep on producing the right goods. The same has turned more and more evident in recent times, and assuming a new HRM-themed development ends up with the desired impact, it will only put that trend on a higher pedestal moving forward.

Quantive, a Denver Colorado-based player focused on providing human resources’ solutions, has officially confirmed the launch of a new solution called Check-ins, which is designed to help employees in sharing progress updates on their objectives and key results (OKR) across the company’s leading strategy execution platform Quantive Results. To understand the significance of such a development, we must acknowledge how poor task management often keep companies from achieving many of their goals, thus rendering their operation largely inefficient. Check-ins, as a solution, remedies the established problem by handing you a more practical lowdown of what needs to be done in the short-term, if those long-term ambitions are to be achieved. This practical lowdown, on its part, translates to three main features. The first one would be the solution’s ability to customize questions in regards to the employee.  You see, when a manager asks all the right questions, they allow themselves to learn a more focused brand of information, something that instantly delivers dividends across the efficiency front. Next up, we have the incentive of greater flexibility, which lets the manager decide how often their team should provide a report on their progress, achievements, as well as challenges. The stated arrangement ensures an optimal rhythm for each team and makes for a more harmonious overall function. Lastly, the Check-ins also enable managers to review employees’ progress over an extended period of time, meaning they can compare  current and previous Check-ins stored within the platform to review and track their team’s progress against key objectives.

“We strive to provide organizations with the tools, resources, and technology they need to set and achieve ambitious goals through proper strategy execution and the OKR methodology,” said Ivan Osmak, CEO of Quantive. “By using Check-ins, organizations can make goals a consistent habit and show every employee how they contribute to the company’s success which helps to increase employee engagement and drive high-performing teams.”

As far as the solution’s testimony is concerned, the available details indicate that teams who have used Quantive Results’ Check-ins feature at least twice a month are five times more likely to engage with their goals on a weekly basis and continue the progression year after year.

“Only 10% of companies will achieve all of their strategic goals in 2023, so it’s important for businesses to have the right solutions to help their teams stay aligned and focused on their goals,” said Osmak.
