Talk about how things will work on a more granular level, though, the answer begins from the way Pontoon will be able to leverage strategic services and robust support in the context of talent acquisition technologies, such as screening, scheduling, and interview intelligence, for streamlining the entire process. Of course, given the focus on organizing the picture, the partnership should also help customers in cutting a major chunk of their costs. Another focal point here is scalability. You see, owing to how AI and automation technology can seamlessly process huge datasets, the partnership is expected to generate an improved set of scalability prospects. This, in particular, can translate to companies having a better chance at tapping into top talent pools.
