LCPtracker, an industry-leading provider of prevailing wage and construction workforce reporting solutions, has officially announced the launch of a new Workforce Manager product, which is designed to facilitate workforce development programs and track participants’ progress as they advance their skills, earn certifications, and ultimately secure a career in construction. According to certain reports, the stated workforce manager brings to the fore a combination involving web-based interface, simple navigation, and automated workflows. Staying on the point of automated workflows, they make it significantly easier for administrators to connect program participants with the industry resources they need to overcome barriers and obtain the training and certifications required for job placement. Another detail worth a mention here is rooted in the solution’s integration with LCPtracker Pro, a certified payroll management solution which helps users adhere to prevailing wage requirements. You see, by syncing data with LCPtracker Pro, the all-new Workforce Manager will empower administrators to track wages, retention, and other metrics on program participants after job placements are secured. Such a comprehensive view of participant data should also give these administrators an uninterrupted access to better workforce reporting, while simultaneously allowing them to calculate valuable ROI insights on their programs. Once generated, the promised insights can then be shared with stakeholders or funding sources, like state and federal agencies awarding Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) grants, and other workforce-related funding.
“I am excited for this new journey that LCPtracker is embarking on,” said Mark Douglas, CEO of LCPtracker. “For over two decades, we have been dedicated to helping workers receive proper wages through our labor compliance product offerings. Today, we are excited to announce an expansion of our vision. In addition to empowering workers on the jobsite, we are now also supporting those aspiring to build careers in construction. This new initiative helps pave the way for a brighter future, aligning with our commitment to empower individuals on their professional journeys.”
Next up, we must get into the solution’s configurable and modular design, which contains a core Intake and Assessment module meant to meet the unique needs of various programs. At launch, these modules will be available for outreach and apprenticeship groups, along with workforce development organizations. As for future updates, the plan is to also introduce core modules for state and regional apprenticeship entities and Department of Transportation agencies with on-the-job training programs. Both present and future solutions, though, will be joined by a set of optional add-on modules that are put in place to further configure the system in reference to the program’s specific needs.
Founded in 2001, LCPtracker has risen up by providing data tracking and management software solutions that promote rewarding, sustainable construction careers for workers. Talk about company’s solutions, they are presently concerned with labor compliance, prevailing wage, contract management, Davis-Bacon, account management, workforce reporting, certified payroll, construction payroll, and more.
“Working closely with our public agency clients allowed us to witness the amazing work they are doing to help individuals train for careers,” said Amanda Hesse, Chief Revenue Officer of LCPtracker. “Yet, we realized many workforce programs today face challenges that make it difficult to piece together various workforce initiatives. We built Workforce Manager to help bridge these gaps and unlock the data needed to tell the complete story of an individual’s journey — from encountering barriers to ultimately achieving a fulfilling career.”
