Laying a Multi-Solution Framework to Foster an Engaged Workforce

Date:

Lattice has officially announced the launch of several new innovations that are all designed to help organizations bring the People-Powered Future to life, and therefore, help HR teams create workplaces where work is meaningful, employees are valued, and managers lead with inspiration.

According to certain reports, the stated announcement happens to be headlined by the all-new Lattice AI Assistant, a revolutionary tool which amplifies HR efforts, enhances employee productivity, and supports leaders in uplifting their teams. More on the same would reveal how this solution offers a dynamic and personalized agent who can handle everything from answering benefit questions to providing customized coaching for employees and surfacing timely reports.

Taking a feature-specific view of Lattice AI Assistant, we begin from its Proactive Q&A Portal, where managers and ICs can receive quick and proactive guidance to their talent and people related questions, thus getting the right information to the right people without wasting any time.

Next up, we must dig into the solution’s Knowledge Vault. This knowledge vault is essentially an information layer of the platform where admins consolidate company context, including Lattice data like reviews, feedback, manual document uploads and seamless integrations, with common learning content providers. Joining that is an intuitive training center. The stated training center leverages a specialized program to surface all questions asked by employees on a central dashboard. Alongside this, users can expect AI-generated responses that enable the assistant to offer workflows for the purpose of approving or correcting responses.

“Since we started using Lattice AI for engagement, we have been able to prove that there is demonstrable need for AI in different areas of the business,” said Abby Wilson, vice president of people at Ruggable. “We’ve now rolled out one-on-ones, feedback, and Lattice Grow as a result of this impact, because we’ve been able to show to our leaders and our managers that when you use these tools effectively and when you bring in AI, you start to get more real-time actionable feedback and information that you can use to develop stronger teams.”

Then, there is the prospect in play related to personalized recommendations and actions. You see, not just quick, the AI assistant also allows managers and ICs to receive personalized responses from the assistant to drive a more seamless employee experience. An example relaying the same could be how ICs can automatically create growth areas based on the feedback they received in their last performance review, whereas on the other hand, managers can add agenda topics based on their team’s last engagement survey.

Another detail worth a mention here is rooted in the general availability of Lattice HRIS, an intuitive, flexible platform which brings together all employee and performance data in one place. At present, the system in question offers a powerful, comprehensive HR solution, offering unified insights and workflows to give valuable time back to HR teams and employees. Having said so, Lattice has already confirmed the introduction of Payroll and Benefits feature that will join its HRIS soon.

Among other things, the company also unveiled features like Lattice AI Recommended Growth Areas that enable employees to be in the driver’s seat of their professional development so to generate personalized growth areas based on other employees’ feedback, performance reviews, and career goals.

Lattice also dished out a new Promotions functionality which allows managers to easily navigate employee promotions, performance reviews, and calibrations in one cohesive workflow. Beyond Promotions, Lattice’s latest flurry of innovations also had Identifiable Surveys to unlock deeper, respondent-level insights for more meaningful employee engagement.

“We know that HR teams are at the heart of driving business success, but they need tools that are flexible, powerful, and intuitive,” said Sarah Franklin, CEO of Lattice. “Lattice brings together all the key components that can elevate the work of HR—talent management, AI, and core HR services—into one platform, enabling HR teams to lead with data-driven insights while remaining focused on what matters most: their people.”
