Well, the answer begins from Accenture’s brand-new skill proficiency calculator. Built on Workday Extend, this proficiency calculator puts to use native and non-native Workday data, alongside Workday Skills Cloud to help identify and validate the skills and associated skill proficiency of employees. Next up, we have an integrated skills calculator, which bases its knowhow in tools like Workday Learning, Workday Journeys, and Workday Prism to deliver on its promised value proposition. Here, we will also bank upon Accenture talent transformation capabilities to effectively support closing workforce skill gaps. The development notably provides an interesting follow-up to one report published by CXOs, a report which claimed that skilling and developing the workforce is a challenge that is most likely to hamper organizational growth over the course of next 12 months. But what makes these two companies an ideal candidate to solve such a problem?

Well, beginning from Workday, the company is vouched for by the way it is reforming financial management, human resources planning, spend management, and analytics. Running on machine learning and AI, Workday is currently in use across 10,000 organizations, spanning different industries and different countries. The said clientele makes for an interesting read because it has, at present medium-sized businesses, as well as more than 50% of the Fortune 500 companies.
