Addressing a Huge Human Resources Conundrum

Date:

Human beings are known for a myriad of different things, but most importantly, they are known for getting better on a consistent basis. This progressive tendency on our part has already enabled us to hit upon some huge milestones, with technology appearing as quite a major member of the stated group. The reason why we hold technology in such a high regard is, by and large, based on its skill-set, which realized all the possibilities for us that nobody could have ever imagined otherwise. Nevertheless, if we look a little bit closer, it should become clear how the whole runner was also very much inspired by the way we applied those skills across a real-world setting. The latter component, in fact, did a lot to give the creation a spectrum-wide presence, and consequentially, kickstart a tech revolution. This revolution, as we discovered, will scale up the human experience from all conceivable directions, but even after achieving such a monumental feat, technology will somehow continue to deliver every right good in the book. The same has grown to become a lot more evident over the recent past, and truth be told, a newly-launched solution should only make that trend bigger and better moving forward.

Ease, a leading HR and benefits software solution for small businesses, insurance brokers, and insurance carriers, has officially launched a new solution called Simple Setup, which like its name suggests, is designed to make integration of benefits and payroll as seamless as possible. According to certain reports, the solution is more than well-equipped to enable employers in terms of connecting their benefits and payroll portals under a single product. Now, what such an approach does is that it eliminates all the unnecessary hassle from the process, and by doing so, it also scales up the administrative efficiency to a level that would have been largely inaccessible otherwise. At launch, Ease’s clientele of employers can connect to payroll providers like ADP Workforce Now, ADP RUN, BambooHR, Paycor, Paylocity, and more.

“Our product team is committed to using customer and partner feedback to enhance and simplify Ease for our users,” said Sudha Kaki, Chief Technology Officer of Ease. “Through Simple Setup: Payroll, our team has taken one of the most-requested features — payroll integrations — and streamlined the process to sync benefits deductions with leading payroll providers resulting in a faster, more accurate process for our Ease brokers and their clients.”

Ease’s latest solution provides an interesting follow up to its 2022 Open Enrollment Readiness Report, which surveyed more than 1,700 employers, brokers, and agencies with an intention of gauging how brokers and employers are preparing for open enrollment. Apart from it, the study also dug into how the benefits space has been influenced, at large, by the shifting economy. Talk about the results, they discovered that nearly 40.83% of employers noted payroll integration as a key feature when considering a new technology solution. Hence, if Ease’s Simple Setup can tap into the stated market segment, it will answer one of the biggest questions currently faced by the human resources’ landscape.

“At Ease, we strive to live up to our mission to ‘make it easy’ every day, and Simple Setup: Payroll is no exception,” said David Reid, CEO of Ease. “We’re excited to help save our brokers and their employer groups time thanks to our API connections with leading payroll providers.”

Founded back in 2012, Ease has risen up the ranks to become the no.1 benefits administration and HR software for businesses. The company is trusted, at the moment, by more than 2,300 HR agencies, while over 85,000 businesses rely upon it to manage benefits and HR for a whopping total of 3.4 million+ employees.
