Streamlining Workflows to Solve a Big Productivity Problem

Date:

The human arsenal, over the years, has seen some really valuable traits, but at the same time, it hasn’t seen anything more significant than that desire of ours to improve at a consistent pace. We say this because the stated desire has already fetched the world some huge milestones, with technology appearing as a rather unique member of the group. The reason why technology’s credentials are so anomalous is purposed around its skill-set, which was unprecedented enough to realize all the possibilities for us that we couldn’t have imagined otherwise. Nevertheless, a closer look should be able to reveal how the whole runner was also very much inspired by the way we applied those skills across a real world environment. The latter component was, in fact, what gave the creation a spectrum-wide presence and made it the ultimate centerpiece of every horizon. Now, having such a powerful tool run the show did expand our experience in many different directions, but even after reaching so far ahead, this prodigious concept called technology will somehow keep on delivering the right goods. The same has grown to become a lot more evident in recent times, and assuming one new HRM-themed development pans out just like we envision, it will only propel that trend towards greater heights over the near future and beyond.

Grammarly, the company best-known for delivering AI communication assistance, has officially launched a set of third-party integrations for its Grammarly Business division, integrations that are designed to encourage a more seamless operation across the board.  According to certain reports, the developments builds upon the company’s earlier release of an on-demand, generative AI-powered communication assistant named GrammarlyGO. But what does that mean on a more practical level? Well, you see, these newly-launched integrations will leverage the stated assistant’s Knowledge Share functionality to source information from different tools and then provide it within a system where the employee was originally working. This should save the worker from having to toggle between multiple tools and locating the most suitable content for their message. Initially, Knowledge Share is expected to work alongside Atlassian Confluence and Google Drive, but plans to more of such applications are already in place. Next up, owing to Grammarly’s new third-party integrations, users will further have the chance to complete app actions across third-party platforms where they are writing with Grammarly’s assistance. To put it simply, employees can now enjoy the unique offerings provided by such platforms to get on different tasks, and they can do so without ever leaving their writing workflow.

“Every time employees have to shift context or search for information, businesses lose time—and the problem only grows with the proliferation of workplace tools,” said Matt Rosenberg, Grammarly Chief Revenue Officer and Head of Grammarly Business. “By integrating with other applications, Grammarly Business unblocks the flow of work for employees, wherever they already are, so they can focus on moving the business forward instead of swirling in an overwhelming amount of applications and information. It’s all part of our vision to create the AI-connected enterprise where work gets done not just faster, but better.”

The move provides an interesting follow to one discovery, which claimed that an average professional switches between apps and websites nearly 1,200 times a day, something which unsurprisingly hurts their productivity. Fortunately, Grammarly Business has been trying to take on this very problem. Serving over one-third of all Fortune 500 companies, the platform offers unparalleled accessibility, considering it’s available across more than 500,000 applications and websites. In case you are still not convinced of its value proposition, then it must be mentioned how every feature and integration is built with Grammarly’s enterprise-grade security and privacy practices, while also staying committed to responsible AI, and suite of compliance and certifications.

“Grammarly Business already saves us time reviewing written work at HackerOne,” said Debbie Cotton, Senior Manager of Internal Communications and Employee Experience at HackerOne. “However, our teams still spend considerable time manually toggling through documents and managing project updates and deadlines. The integrations introduced by App Actions would be a productivity game changer.”

As for Grammarly, the platform has risen up the ranks by empowering users from every segment to ideate, compose, revise, and comprehend content, thus bolstering their bid to clock higher quality results. The company’s service, at the moment, is staggered across products like Grammarly Free, Grammarly Premium, Grammarly Business, Grammarly for Education, and Grammarly for Developers. Grammarly’s overall excellence, though, can be easily inferred from how it is one of TIME’s 100 Most Influential Companies, one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies in AI, a member of the Forbes Cloud 100, and one of Inc.’s Best Workplaces.
