Once the description is segregated, the solution will analyze over 800 million profiles in SeekOut’s talent database to find an assortment of suitable candidates. Notably, the stated search criteria elements are made to showcase complete transparency throughout the process, and simultaneously, remain open to any customization from the recruitment.

Talk about customization, SeekOut Assist will further let you personalize outreach messages at scale. Given majority of the outreach communication is ignored by candidates, the solution takes up a unique approach and studies the information in each candidate’s SeekOut profile. This includes detail such as their individual skills and experiences. Anyway, with that knowledge, alongside the original job description, SeekOut Assist is able to write a highly personalized message for the candidate, thus generating a much better response rate on the latter’s part.
