Letting the AI Reshape Your Recruiting Push

Date:

There is literally no end to what all human beings can do, and yet there is little we do better than growing on a consistent basis. This tendency to improve, no matter the weather, has got us to hit upon some huge milestones, with technology emerging as quite a major member of the group. The reason why we hold technology in such a high regard is, by and large, based on its skill-set, which ushered us towards a reality that nobody could have ever imagined otherwise. Nevertheless, if we look up close for a second, it will become clear how the whole runner was also very much inspired from the way we applied those skills across a real world environment. The latter component, in fact, did a lot to give the creation a spectrum-wide presence and start what was a full-fledged tech revolution. Of course, this revolution then went on to scale up the human experience from all conceivable directions, but even after achieving a feat so notable, technology will somehow continue bringing out the right goods. The same has turned increasingly evident over the recent past, and assuming a brand new platform is able to have the desired impact, it will only make that trend bigger and better moving forward.

hireEZ, a Mountain View California-based end-to-end outbound recruiting platform, has officially revealed its intention to offer generative AI functionality from 9th March 2023 onwards. According to certain reports, the development will harness the potential of Generative Pre-trained Transformer 3 (GPT-3) model and hireEZ’s machine learning data to make it possible for recruiters to compose and share email messages with job candidates in a much faster manner than any of the traditional tools. But what exactly is so unique about this mix of GPT-3 and hireEZ’s ML capabilities? Well, by applying the stated formula, hireEZ’s proprietary platform will have a fair shot at generating unique communications for every single candidate, and it will do so just on the back of that individual’s job description rather than requiring a heavy input stream. Such an approach, if proven practicable on a large scale, will save a lot of time on the recruiter’s part, as they are currently expected to compose each message pretty much from scratch. While using automation to save time is certainly the biggest thing on agenda here, this approach, with all the help it has from machine learning data, can also viably improve the core quality of the stated communications.

“We see the use of generative AI as a massive opportunity to improve how businesses engage and communicate with talent,” said Steven Jiang, CEO of hireEZ. “Our goal is to make sure the technology works efficiently, and ethically, for both companies and job candidates. Any recruiter today will tell you they feel like they are doing the job of five people. We envision a future where AI can help one recruiter easily do the job of 10.”

Since starting out in 2015, hireEZ has made consistent efforts towards upgrading the landscape for outbound recruiting. With access to 800M+ candidates from 45+ open web platforms, the company’s platform has found great success in helping clients who are looking to realize uniquely-themed recruiting campaigns and candidate engagement capabilities. Now, given the emergence of a new AI-driven feature, hireEZ’s impact looks ready to clock even higher altitudes along the way.
