Talk about what is included in the stated suite; the offerings begin from an option to leverage latest generative machine learning models for the purpose of resolving natural language search queries with smart AI-centric answers. You see, we can deem the answers here as smart because they consider content, context and permissions from across an entire organization before reaching upon a specific result. Now, given that the solution is able to understand the dynamics of an organization so accurately, it further uses this insight to show users relevant experts by mapping subject matters to people. Hold on, there is more. Another area where the suite contextualizes the picture for you is when it provides users with supplemental content and context related to any particular asset. So, let’s say, you are working on a project and require some extra information to complete it. The pathway to get that information would be as simple as typing in a command. Once you do so, it will instantly surface clickable content recommendations in a companion window.

Even though these features are pretty groundbreaking, they are only a part of Glean’s wider push for optimizing workforce efficiency at a big scale, an effort which shows up clearly across its famed knowledge model. This model, going by the available details, uses deep learning models to recognize small but critical nuances like how people collaborate, how each piece of information fits with another, and what information holds the highest value to each user. Beyond the innate technological prowess, though, the model is also able to create full referenceability, meaning it can show the sources of each piece of information and how every response is generated.

So far, Glean’s ability to personalize query results has massively accelerated the process of talent onboarding, but given the new features in focus, this impact looks set to hit a whole new level sooner rather than later.
