Letting You In On the New-Age Recruitment Space

Date:

There is a lot human beings can do well, but still there is little we do better than growing on a consistent basis. This tendency to improve under all possible circumstances has already enabled us in terms of hitting upon some huge milestones, with technology appearing as a major member of the stated group. The main reason why technology boasts such an esteemed stature is predicated upon its skill-set, which ushered us towards a reality that we couldn’t have imagined otherwise. Nevertheless, if we look a little bit closer, it should become clear how the whole runner was also very much inspired by the way we applied those skills across a real-world environment. The latter component was, in fact, what gave the creation a spectrum-wide presence, and consequentially, kickstarted a tech revolution. This revolution, as we discovered, will go on to scale up the human experience from every conceivable direction, but even after redefining the dynamics of our lives, technology’s crazy potential will somehow continue to bring all the right goods to the table. The same has grown to become more and more evident over the recent past, and truth be told, a newly-formed partnership does a lot to make that trend bigger and better for the future.

BrightHire, the leading interview intelligence platform for improving the quality of hiring, has officially partnered with enterprise hiring platform, SmartRecruiters, to optimize the core recruitment process. As per certain reports, the idea here is to create an effective mix of BrightHire’s applicant tracking system (ATS) integration and SmartRecruiters’ marketplace for the purpose of allowing HR teams to elevate the quality of their hiring, avoid costly mis-hires, and reduce any bias that might pop up during the hiring process. Furthermore, by putting the stated mix at the heart of everything, the managers will be able to make evidence-based hiring decisions and review what is going to be a complete candidate lifecycle. Once reviewed, though, the users can transfer BrightHire interview notes, transcripts, interview highlights, and key moments with the BrightHire side panel, embedded directly into the SmartRecruiters candidate record.

But why would HR teams want such a tool? Well, going by the available details, organizations that use BrightHire in conjunction with ATS have shown great success when it comes to avoiding scheduling bottlenecks, and as a result, they are able to save themselves a whopping three weeks of searches. Beyond that, they have leveraged the integration to eliminate 50% of the time spent in debrief meeting, while also making an 80% cut back on scorecard completion so to bring down administrative burden.

“I’m delighted to welcome BrightHire to our ecosystem and expect an incredible impact on our customers’ ability to achieve hiring success,” said Stanislaw Wasowicz, Director of Alliances at SmartRecruiters. “Interview intelligence, and BrightHire’s solutions, shine a light on a key part of the hiring process and provide insight that we believe significantly helps people hire better.”

Founded back in 2010, SmartRecruiters has proven itself as a revolutionary within the recruitment space. The company’s excellence is even validated by its esteemed clientele, which includes behemoths like Bosch, LinkedIn, Skechers, Visa, and many others. Hence, by adding BrightHire to its arsenal, SmartRecruiters should only be looking to achieve a level that none of its competitors has ever reached before.
