The human arsenal is constructed from a host of valuable elements, and yet there is nothing more significant about it than that desire to improve at a consistent pace. We say this because the stated desire has already fetched the world some huge milestones, with technology appearing as a rather unique member of the group. The reason why technology’s credentials are so anomalous is centered on its skill-set, which was unprecedented enough to realize all the possibilities for us that we couldn’t have imagined otherwise. Nevertheless, a closer look should be able to reveal how the whole runner was also very much inspired from the way we applied those skills across a real world environment. The latter component was, in fact, what gave the creation a spectrum-wide presence and made it the ultimate centerpiece of every horizon. Now, having such a powerful tool run the show did expand our experience in many different directions, but even after reaching so far ahead, this prodigious concept called technology will somehow keep on delivering the right goods. The same has grown to become a lot more evident in recent times, and assuming one new HRM-themed development pans out just like we envision, it will only propel that trend towards greater heights over the near future and beyond.
isolved, a Charlotte-based company, has officially confirmed the release of new artificial intelligence capabilities as a part of its human capital management (HCM) platform, isolved People Cloud. According to certain reports, the stated capabilities will help mid and small-sized businesses meet the growing demand for AI in the context of workforce management. But what features are actually set to hit the deck here? Well, for starters, the company will look to enhance the application of its Conversational Virtual Assistant, which offers information and insight wherever and whenever an employee needs it, and it does so by bringing an Alexa™ and Siri™ like natural language processing (NLP) chatbot into collaboration apps like Microsoft Teams™. Under the update, this virtual assistant will be directly integrated into the People Cloud platform so to let employees receive an answer on their query almost instantly, therefore bolstering the flow of work and productivity across the board. Next up, we have a new and improved HR service desk, which will deliver automated responses to frequently asked questions 24/7. Here, the idea is to reduce the amount of time HR, benefit administrators, and payroll practitioners are dedicating to answering repetitive questions. Attaching further significance to this feature is a survey where it was revealed how almost 42 percent of HR practitioners are spending 4-10 hours a day answering repetitive questions. Anyway, isolved has taken this opportunity to also achieve an error-free payroll arrangement. With its Perfect Payroll solution, administrators will have a chance of catching payroll errors early in the process so to realize accuracy, compliance, and time savings.
“Both small- and medium-sized businesses are hungry to realize the benefits and competitive advantage AI tools can offer,” said James Norwood, EVP and Chief Strategy Officer of isolved. “Our job is to continue embedding the immense business value of AI into isolved People Cloud to bring this powerful and far-reaching technology to organizations of any size to make their lives, and the lives of their employees, easier.”
Moving on, another detail worth a mention would be isolved’s bid to launch a EX personalization engine, which will automatically create 1:1 pathways for existing employees by matching them with suitable learning and development content based on their individual career path and current performance. Such an element can be extremely useful when it comes to scaling up productivity on a micro level. Hold on, there are still a few bits left to unpack, considering the company has also promised the users an automated approach for recruitment. This involves speeding up the job description authoring process using a type of large language model (LLM). Once the stated job description is generated, the new setup will then consider information like job titles, skills, experience, education, and other relevant criteria to find a candidate who fits best with the given profile. The last big enhancement will materialize across isolved’s Analytics Everywhere solution. Using aggregate data of more than 6 million employees on People Cloud, the solution will try and expand its benchmarking insights. Apart from that, it will also fine-tune the NLP-powered isolved Predictive People Analytics product to improve predictability and performance through a more sustainable channel.
Founded in 1986, isolved’s rise to prominence is rooted in its ability to apply specialized technology for taking on the demands of a completely revamped HRM space. The company’s excellence in what it does can be inferred from the fact that it is currently serving more than 6 million employees and 145,000 employers across all 50 US states.
