Using a Tech-driven Push to Reinvent Team Collaborations

Date:

The human arsenal has always been expansive beyond every recognizable limit, but at the same time, it still hasn’t seen an element more significant than that desire of ours to grow on a consistent basis. We say this because the stated desire has already fetched the world some huge milestones, with technology appearing as a rather unique member of the group. The reason why technology’s credentials are so anomalous is centered on its skill-set, which was unprecedented enough to realize all the possibilities for us that we couldn’t have imagined otherwise. Nevertheless, a closer look should be able to reveal how the whole runner was also very much inspired by the way we applied those skills across a real world environment. The latter component was, in fact, what gave the creation a spectrum-wide presence and made it the ultimate centerpiece of every horizon. Now, having such a powerful tool run the show did expand our experience in many different directions, but even after reaching so far ahead, this prodigious concept called technology will somehow keep on delivering the right goods. The same has grown to become a lot more evident in recent times, and assuming one HRM-themed development pans out just like we envision, it will only propel that trend towards greater heights in the near future and beyond.

Mural, a leading visual collaboration company, has officially unveiled new AI-powered capabilities that are geared towards improving team collaboration prospects within an organization. Powered by Microsoft Azure OpenAI, these new capabilities, for starters, will let users leverage a cutting-edge framework to use an initial input and then quickly expand on it, therefore unlocking a far greater number and quality of ideas. Next up, the development delivers at your disposal a feature to identify patterns and similarities between ideas. Once this identification bit is done, the system will automatically club related items together into specific named groups. Such functionality, like we can guess, should help teams in synthesizing their ideas and build their work around a more accurate and focused brand of recommendations, insights, and consensus. In our last main feature, we cover the promised facility to streamline your common meeting leader tasks in a mural like starting timers, voting sessions, generating content for brainstorming, and more.

“Conceptually, our priority was to inject a visual element to the AI technology that has been shaking up the workplace,” said Matt Heying, head of product at Mural. “With this in mind, our AI capabilities are designed to leverage the uniquely human capabilities of creative problem-solving and collaborative teamwork all in one place with the benefits of AI. By freeing users from various laborious tasks and making the results collaborative and visual, the ability to invest in higher-order thinking becomes a path to formerly untapped productivity and ingenuity.”

The move on Mural’s part further provides an interesting extension to the company’s relationship with Microsoft. You see, prior to the technology in question, Mural already boasted an integration with the Microsoft ecosystem to create connected collaboration experiences that eliminate context switching and improve workflows, saving teams hundreds of hours weekly. Apart from that, the two companies recently doubled down on their collaboration when they included platforms like Microsoft 365 and Outlook into the mix. Among other integrations, they have touched on solutions, such as Azure DevOps, OneDrive, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Owing to a longstanding and successful history, Mural also won the Microsoft Partner of the Year Award in 2022.

“At Mural, we give teams the tools to work smarter and collaborate better,” said David Baga, CEO of Mural. “We’re excited to be releasing new features that will help teams work together more effectively, no matter when or where they work. Our new AI-powered features powered by Microsoft help teams save time while also boosting their potential for solving problems.”

Founded during the year 2011, Mural’s rise to prominence is entirely rooted in the idea of adding a technological edge to our usual team collaborations. The company’s excellence in what it does can be inferred from the fact that it is currently trusted by 95% of the Fortune 100 companies, including Autodesk, IBM, Microsoft, SAP, and more.
