Glue, a leading employee engagement company formerly known as Mystery, has officially launched a new AI-driven connection platform, which is designed to discover connection opportunities among distributed teams. According to certain reports, the new platform will apply state of the art machine learning, recommendation, optimization, network science, and modeling, notably doing so across a whopping 10M+ real-time data points, to establish a more effective connection between employees and generate better overall engagement. The development is particularly significant because, unlike those typical survey-based employee engagement platforms, Glue’s bid will allow HR teams and other relevant personnel to enjoy a notably real-time access of connection data based on employees’ digital interactions. This real-time aspect should ensure a more proactive approach on the company’s part in terms of reinforcing the positive elements or eliminating the ones that could hurt ROI for moving connection and engagement.

“We hear over and over—from people leaders, employees, and exec teams—that building relationships is the hardest part of remote work. And the data shows that when employees are disconnected, they’re three times more likely to quit,” said Shane Kovalsky, Co-founder and CEO of Glue.

The launch of a new platform follows up on one recent discovery, which revealed how 90% employees prefer Glue’s experiences, while also claiming that Glue platform leads to a better understanding of employee problems. This, in value terms, makes the solution 20 times more impactful to the bottom line.
