Human beings can do plenty of stuff really well, and yet there is little we do better than growing on a consistent basis. This tendency to improve, no matter the situation, has empowered us to hit upon some huge milestones, with technology appearing as a rather unique member of the group. The reason why technology’s credentials are so anomalous is based on its skill-set, which was unprecedented enough to guide us towards a reality that nobody could have ever imagined otherwise. Nevertheless, a closer look should be able to reveal how the whole runner was also very much inspired by the way we applied those skills across a real world environment. The latter component was, in fact, what gave the creation a spectrum-wide presence and made it the ultimate centerpiece of every horizon. Now, having such a powerful tool run the show did scale up our experience through some outright unique avenues, but even after reaching so far ahead, this prodigious concept called technology will somehow keep on producing all the right goods. The same has grown to become a lot more evident over the recent past, and assuming a newly-launched HRM technology ends up with the desired impact, it will only propel that trend towards greater heights in the near future and beyond.
Avionte, a leader in enterprise staffing, recruiting, and talent enablement software, has officially launched a new solution called Avionté 24/7 Mobile Job Board, an application which makes it possible for staffing agencies to transform their custom-branded Mobile Talent solution into one effective recruiting tool. According to certain reports, the 24/7 Mobile Job Board will deliver its utility by helping users search for jobs through metrics like location, pay, skills match, and job ID. It further hands you the chance to configure talent workflows and candidate experiences directly on the mobile platform. This, in particular, should be of huge impact when trying to fit unique use cases for both the aspirant and employers. Talk about how the whole thing works on a more practical note, recruiters who are working from the AviontéBOLD ATS can automatically post open positions within the relevant space. Moving on to candidate’s case, once they have downloaded the solution’s mobile app, they’ll be asked to fill out an initial short form application. The idea here is to create a talent record in the system for the purpose of making their job search more on-point and seamless.
“The Mobile Job Board provides staffing agencies with an exciting alternative channel for capturing new talent,” said Jakob Rohn, the co-founder of WorkN (a division of Avionte) and the primary architect for the 24/7 Mobile Job Board. “The staffing agency can incorporate their branded mobile app into their talent acquisition strategy through a variety of marketing use cases ranging from mass emails and advertising to traditional websites, follow-up texts to close a phone call, or even a QR code displayed at a job fair. Once talent is engaged, you have a better shot at placement and redeployment.”
Hold on, there is more. As it’s a part of Avionte’s wider 24/7 Mobile Suite, the new solution is able to leverage various other HRM features and assist the user in other aspects of human resources’ optimization. These features concern specific disciplines like onboarding, payroll, time keeping, shift scheduling, and overall workforce management etc.
“Staffing companies are looking for cost-effective ways to engage and acquire new talent, and this new mobile app helps them to promote their own brand,” said Rishabh Mehrotra, CEO of Avionté. “Organizations are spending excessive amounts of money using multiple job boards. The 24/7 Mobile Job Board puts them in control of a single job board where talent comes directly to them.”
The arrival of 24/7 Mobile Job Board must indicate a bigger 2023 plan on Avionte’s part. So far, we have already seen the company launch a new 24/7 Onboarding solution, and for the future, it is looking to unveil an updated version of its Pixel AI chatbot, which will streamline recruiter/candidate communication.
Founded in 2005, Avionte is currently serving over 1,000 customers and 25,000 users throughout U.S. and Canada. The company’s technology has already reached a set of key sectors, including light industry, IT, healthcare, and more. However, given the plan to scale up its technology even further, this footprint should only get bigger over time.
